Data Entry & Excel ManagementEnter and maintain purchase order details in Excel sheets.Ensure accurate data entry related to vendor details, pricing, and quantities.Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, and sorting functions for data organization.2.
Purchase Order ProcessingCreate and update purchase orders based on company requirements.Verify supplier details, item specifications, and order quantities before approval.Maintain a log of purchase orders for tracking and reconciliation.3.Manual Challan PreparationPrepare manual challans (delivery notes) for dispatching goods.Ensure correct product details, quantities, and recipient information on challans.Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.4.
Documentation & Record-KeepingMaintain physical and digital copies of purchase orders and dispatch challans.Ensure proper filing and organization of sales, dispatch, and vendor records.Generate weekly and monthly reports on purchase and dispatch activities.5.
