Senior Manager - Digital Transformation & IT

Rapyuta Robotics, an ETH Zurich spin-off, operates with the goal of making robots more accessible to anyone in the logistics industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to build and grow a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Lead the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365, working with vendors and internal teams.
• Optimize Azure cloud costs, including evaluating solutions like cold storage and on-premises clusters.
• Oversee compliance efforts, including ISO certification, by working with consultants and establishing IT governance policies for security, access control, and regulatory requirements.
• Consolidate organizational data and enable insights using Microsoft Fabric
• Build and lead the IT team while driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration of IT systems with business functions

• 5+ years of experience in IT, ERP implementation, cloud infrastructure, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems
2. Azure cloud services and cost optimization
3. Data management, Power BI, or business intelligence tools

• Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
• Excellent leadership skills – ability to build, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
• Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage
