Power App Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Admin and Power App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 solutions while developing and optimizing Power Apps and related automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
• Administer and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, security settings, and configurations across M365 services.
• Implement M365 security and compliance standards, performing periodic audits and proactive improvements.

Power App Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype, and develop tailored apps and workflows.
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 and third-party applications using Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint lists.

Process Automation & Optimization:

• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Power Automate and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing applications and scripts as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Admin and Power App Developer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration, including security, compliance, and identity management.
• Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering effective solutions
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Dataverse and advanced Power Automate workflows
• Familiarity with Azure AD and general cloud-based solutions
