Sr. Execcutive-Talent Acquisition-Corporate Role (5 Day week)

• Preparation of Job Descriptions.
• Identify appropriate hiring source for open positions.
• Posting the Jobs on all the available Job Portals and other related social networking websites.
• Review and recommend relevant profiles by conducting the initial screening.
• Coordinating for the Tests and the Interviews at various levels.
• Coordinate with departmental heads/reporting managers for the completion selection process.
• Continuous updation of the resume database.
• Co-ordinate for Campus placements from B Schools for both summer and full time placement and co-coordinate end to end campus interview process.
• Preparation and issue of offer letters and appointment letters.
• Ensure candidates engagement from Offer till onboarding.
• Coordinate joining formalities and completion of the onboarding process.

CANDIDATES PROFILE:

• MBA HR with 4-8 yrs. of experience in core recruitment firms
• Excellent communication skills-Verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Should have worked in Recruitment Team of medium/large scale organization preferably in Business Consulting sector.
• Logical & analytical skills with a passion to deliver excellence.
