Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of enterprise network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure efficient network operations.
- Implement network configurations.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network and Operations, SDN NFV Software.
- Strong understanding of network protocols.
- Experience in network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network security principles.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Defined Network and Operations.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
