We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part of the International Voice Process for the night shift. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers across the globe, ensuring customer satisfaction through voice calls.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers. Provide effective solutions and support to customers in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints, queries, and issues through clear communication. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Update customer details and interaction records in the system. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the night shift. Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (English, both verbal and written).
Prior experience in customer service or a voice process is a plus (but not required). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility to work night shifts (as per international time zones). Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to work with international clients and different time zones.
