We are a leading Debt collection agency in Pune. We are in market since past 10 years. We are Located in Chandan Nagar, Pune. We are working on banking domestic process. Our main business is in Debt collection and customer service. We're seeking a qualified Tele caller executive to handle cold calls.
Tele caller will utilize their skills to generate revenue to the organization and able to develop their work experience, build a confidence within. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Job Description Role Details
Location - Chandan Nagar Working Days Day Shift / 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)
Process- Outbound domestics process
Age- 18 To 30 yrs
Education- 12th Pass / Under Graduate / Graduation
LANGUAGE- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati,DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Negotiate suitable payment plans.
Maintain customer payment records.
Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.
Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.
Excellent negotiating skills- Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed
