  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and uphold office standards.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment for administrative tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail in maintaining office records and ensuring reception area is welcoming.
  • Highly reliable and punctual, exhibiting professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
