Product Manager- PL

Grade: M6/M7

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Portfolio management and managing P&L for PL business - Breakup of segment, product wise.
• Performance management of channels - Engage with key channel partners to drive business growth and responsible for managing entire lifecycle of partner activities
• Central SPOC to analyse business trends and assist Sales Heads in execution of business growth strategy
• Evaluate, benchmark and identify best practices and processes adopted across industry and drive its implementation for the business
• Drive Product & Policy for entire PL products - Streamlining of processes for exponential growth
• Leading Audit, Compliance and Legal adherence of PL products and processes
• Managing MIS and dashboards - Acting as a the primary liaison for all stakeholder communications

Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

• Education- Full time MBA from a reputed institute
• Relevant experience- 8-10 years in BFSI industry
• Team management in a prior role is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus
