Job Title: Operations Assistant
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant with 9 to 12 years to
support the day-to-day operations of the office. This role will involve coordinating with vendors,managing office resources, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth functioning of
various administrative tasks.
This role requires a person who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various
aspects of office operations. The Operations Assistant will be a key player in ensuring that everythingruns smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management:
o Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services and
products.
o Oversee the issuance of ID cards for new employees and coordinate with the vendor
for timely delivery.
o Ensure joining kits are provided to new hires and liaise with the vendor for
procurement and distribution.
o Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of birthday gifts or celebrations
for employees.
o Oversee centralized purchases and ensure that they are delivered and stocked
properly.- Travel Management:

o Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget.- Office Administration:
o Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a smooth and productive

o Manage office supplies and coordinate orders for necessary materials.

o Manage office snack supply to ensure availability and diversity, coordinating with
vendors for regular restocking.- Quarterly Expense Tracker:
o Track and monitor expenses for office-related activities.
o Ensure that expenses are logged accurately and adhere to the company's budget.
o Provide regular updates and reports on quarterly expenses.- India Compliance Management:
o Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in India.
o Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure regulatory requirements are
met.- IT Asset Management & Troubleshooting:
o Oversee the management of office IT assets, ensuring that employees have the
necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
o Address basic IT troubleshooting queries and coordinate with IT service providers
when necessary.- Assisting the Country Head: Support the Country Head with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and coordination to ensure seamless operations.
