Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning and Execution :

• Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Test & Measurement sector in India.
• Identify and target key market segments and opportunities for growth across the region.

1. Managing Team & OEMs :

• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of team goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to create synergies and explore business opportunities.

1. Market Analysis and Expansion:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in India.
• Formulate and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base throughout the region.

1. Customer Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key decision-makers and industry influencers in India.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

1. Sales and Revenue Generation :

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving business growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
