We are looking for a motivated and experienced Software Sales Development Manager to drive growth in our automotive software solutions segment. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and contribute to market expansion by aligning innovative software solutions with the evolving needs of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, Software sales or a relevant role, Proven sales track record.
Field sales, Key Account Management, B2B sales, Hunting, Farming.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English, Telugu/Tamil/ Malayalam added advantage.
Market knowledge, Software License topology, Ability to Sell both Software product and services.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
(BE in Computer Science / Electronics/ BCA) +MBA in Marketing & sales.
Extensive customer needs and understanding of the industry vertical like Automotive, Aerospace, Railways, Embedded software Campines, IT & ITES, Medical & Pharma in the assigned territory (South India).
