Location: Hyderabad -Madhapur
Required Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Budget: 4.5 to 7 LPA

Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive at our Company, you’ll be at the forefront of guiding and counseling students toward choosing the right courses for their career growth. You’ll not only lead sales efforts but also take on new initiatives to improve the overall student experience.

You’ll oversee a team of junior executives, ensuring that they are well-supported and motivated to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Assist and advise students on course selections based on their interests and career aspirations. Provide in-depth information on course offerings, benefits, and outcomes.
Maintain a student-first approach, ensuring that their learning and career needs are met. Sales Leadership:
Lead the sales team in driving course enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Analyze sales data and trends to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and potential leads to increase conversion rates.

Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of junior sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.

Set clear performance objectives and regularly assess the team’s progress.

Initiatives and Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for new sales initiatives and student engagement strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and program teams to develop and implement innovative sales campaigns.

Stay informed of industry trends to ensure Company’s courses remain competitive and relevant. Reporting and Strategy: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, student feedback, and team progress.

Requirements

Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision.

Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative and think strategically.

Passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
