Role Description

This is a full-time WFO (Thoraipakkam, Chennai) role for a Senior Executive - Human Resources specializing in recruitments. The role involves handling executive search and recruitments of Manufacturing, BFSI, FMCG, Fortune 500 clients. Other responsibilities include managing employee relations, organizing employee engagement activities and corporate training events.

Prior experience in recruitments is a MUST. Excellent English communication skills.

Job Profile

Understanding the client industry profile and job description.
Sourcing relecant profiles.
Interviewing the candidates.
Shortlisting the suitable candidates.
Co-ordinating the interviews.
Salary/Offer discussion and issuance.
Ensuring the offered candidate joins.
Regular relationship management.
Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
Ability to work independently and also remotely.
Experience in designing KRAs/KPIs and OKRs
Understanding of performance appraisal systems and HR best practices
Certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
