We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in recruitment, possess strong communication skills in Kannada, and be adept at sourcing and hiring talent across various roles within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse positions within the company.
Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and outcomes in the applicant tracking system.Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
