Unstop is hiring Business Development - EdTech who will make an impact in student's life by suggesting relevant courses that are live at Unstop!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

  • Make target-based calls on a daily basis in order to convert leads
  • Generate revenue by selling Unstop's courses
  • Achieve monthly targets by converting active leads
  • Work in a high-pressure environment and meet given targets
  • Liaise between the internal teams and Course team
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage end-to-end B2C Sales
  • Providing in-depth information to prospective users, including counselling through phone, email & chat
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Handle Objections and Price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue
  • Track sales, maintain data and reports daily
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements :

  • Great interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and being a multitasker
  • We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year experience in the Education Industry
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency)
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel is preferable
