The Opportunity: Lead and Grow Our Inside Sales Team
We're seeking a Inside Sales Specialist who can drive new client acquisition, and lead a dedicated team of lead collection executives. You will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our lead-generation efforts.This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our growth and success.
What you'll be doing- New Client Acquisition: Spearheaded new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, leveraging tools like HubSpot, SmartLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other email scraping tools.
- Email Performance Management: Innovate and implement effective cold email strategies to maintain inbox deliveries, high open rates and low bounce rates.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless operation and integration with sales processes.
- Lead Quality Assurance: Lead a team of lead collection executives, ensuring the highest quality of leads and maintaining data integrity.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, covering revenue targets, team performance, lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other critical KPIs to your manager.
- Developing a sales strategy: Using data analysis and trend identification to create a strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Managing lead gen. representatives: Coaching, training, and evaluating the performance of lead generation representatives.
- Setting TOFU sales targets: Setting and tracking sales targets and optimizing KPIs.
- Forecasting: Using historical data to predict future buying patterns and improvising TOFU sales targets.
- Identifying sales opportunities: Identifying sales opportunities and coordinating sales projects with the operations team.
- Your Skills & Experience
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of experience in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn email scraping tools and MS Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and experience in creative & design services.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions with a problem-solving approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

- Master Tools: Become proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email scraping tools.
- Assess Landscape: Conduct a thorough audit of current sales strategies, competitors, and lead generation processes.
- Connect: Build rapport with your lead collection team and key stakeholders.
- Deep Dive: Perform in-depth analysis of current sales efforts and competitor strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to refine sales strategies and develop a roadmap for new client acquisition.
- Test & Refine: Implement initial strategies, gather feedback, and adjust as needed.
- Lead Team Production: Oversee the lead collection team to ensure high-quality output and data accuracy.
- Implement & Measure: Launch strategic sales initiatives, track performance, and analyze results.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine processes to ensure ongoing success.
