1 Open Positions: International Voice Process (Chat Support)

✅ Eligibility:

• UG with 6 months of experience (CTC: ₹2.83 LPA, ₹23K in-hand)
• Graduate Freshers Eligible
• UG/B.Tech/Graduates with 1 year of experience (Customer Support preferred)
• CTC: ₹5.5 LPA (Flat 30% hike on last drawn CTC)

Salary & Benefits:

• MIV: ₹1,250
• Cab Facility: One-side cab provided + ₹2,000 cab allowance

Shift Details:

• Males: 24x7 shifts (No cab facility)
• Females: Day shifts (No cab facility)
• Shift Duration: 10 hours (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)
• Pre-shift: 20 minutes

2 International Non-Voice Process (Chat Support)

✅ Eligibility:

• UG with 6 months of experience (CTC: ₹2.83 LPA, ₹16K in-hand)
• UG/B.Tech/Graduates with 1 year of experience (Customer Support preferred)
• CTC: ₹3.62 LPA (₹22.5K in-hand, 30-40% hike on last drawn CTC)

Salary & Benefits:

• MIV: ₹1,250
• Cab Facility: One-side cab provided + ₹2,000 cab allowance

3 International Chat Process (Premium Non-Voice Role)

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of DOCUMENTED International Chat experience (Mandatory)
• Only Graduates & B.Tech candidates (No undergraduates allowed)
• Rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: Up to ₹38,000
• Hike: 25% on the previous package
• MIV: ₹2,500
• Cab Facility & Cab Allowance Provided
