We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk area, greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-0 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2020 to 2024 passedout candidates with 60% aggregate through the acedamics are eligible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
