Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Associate Manager- Operations to manage the planning and execution of onsite medical camps and vaccination programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource utilization, and a positive experience for all stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement detailed schedules for onsite medical camps and vaccination drives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to finalize logistics, venues, and timelines.
- Ensure all necessary permissions and documentation are secured in advance.
Resource Management:
- Identify and arrange medical staff, equipment, and supplies required for the events.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including healthcare providers, employees, and management.
- Communicate event details and guidelines clearly and effectively.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all events comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Implement measures to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards during the events.
Monitoring and Problem-Solving:
- Oversee the onsite execution of medical camps and vaccination programs to address any issues promptly.
- Gather feedback and document learnings for future improvements.
Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, including participation rates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities for compliance and review purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organizing medical or community events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, management, or a related field preferred.
Work Environment:
- The role requires frequent onsite presence at various locations.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required.
