Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager for a senior position in our company. The role is full-time and based in multiple locations: Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Cochin. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR functions and demonstrate expertise in employee engagement, recruitment, and HR compliance.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience in employee relations, displaying excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee satisfaction.
- Strong recruitment abilities with a focus on sourcing the best talent for technical and hospitality roles efficiently.
- Proficient in training and development practices to enhance employee performance and align with company goals.
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance to ensure the company adheres to local and national employment regulations.
- Sound understanding of human resources fundamentals, contributing to strategic workforce planning.
- Competency in HRIS to manage employee data effectively and streamline HR processes.
- Experience in recruiting for IT positions, showcasing the ability to fulfill technical role requirements.
- Must exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple HR projects concurrently.
- Lead the HR department in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, for both technical and hospitality roles.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies to mitigate legal risks and uphold company values.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution techniques.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures to drive superior employee performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and design developmental programs for staff.
- Utilize HRIS to maintain accurate records and generate reports that support strategic decisions.
- Act as a consultant to managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues and best practices.
