Job Profile for Sales & Service Engineer UV / DTF Printing Machines (Delhi Location)
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales & Service Engineer for UV and DTF printing machines in Delhi and the surrounding areas. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills, focusing on machine installation, commissioning, servicing, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and Maintenance:
Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing of UV and DTF printing machines at customer sites.
Provide regular maintenance schedules, spare parts advice, and training to customers.
Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
Sales Activities:
Identify and approach potential customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
Promote the company's product range and solutions to customers to generate sales opportunities.
Drive sales conversions and meet targets with incentives and rewards for matured sales.
Customer Interaction:
Liaise with the Service Manager for service schedules and customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with both service and sales.
Provide technical guidance and post-sale support to ensure customer retention.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR and occasionally outside the region for both sales and service activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 0 to 5 years in servicing and installation of industrial or electronic machinery. Sales experience in a technical role is a plus.Educational Background: B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics or related fields.
Skills:
Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 17,000.00 - 26,000.00 per month (negotiable based on current CTC and experience).Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and rewards for successful sales.
Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
Work Schedule:
Day shift.
Ability to work flexible hours as required by customer needs.
Work Location:
Delhi, with required travel to customer sites.
