Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Executive to join our clients Brigade Road Bangalore . As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all front office responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
