Job Description:

• Assist clients in recovery of old/lost/forgotten investments by thorough review of the client's financial history, including old records and statements, including bank accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial instruments and contacting the relevant financial institutions, providing necessary documentation, and following their specific procedures to recover the lost investments on behalf of the client.
• Assist clients in recovery of shares and dividends from Investor Education Protection Fund by gathering information about these unclaimed assets, verifying ownership, and submitting the required documentation to the IEPF.
• Following procedure and filing requisite forms to Investor Education Protection Fund forms within the prescribed period along with relevant documents.
• Coordination with a law firm which involves sharing all relevant information, attending meetings, providing documentation for legal proceedings as needed.
• Assistance in filing legal cases for recovery of claims by ensuring that the case is built on strong grounds and has the best chance of success.
• Interact with various financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and authorities. This could include stock exchanges, depositories, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
