About the Role:
We are seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the solutioning and delivery of Digital solutions, MVPs, and prototypes, with a strong focus on AI-driven applications in the payment integrity value chain. This role requires a product-oriented mindset, the ability to interpret multiple inputs, and a structured approach to ideating and iterating requirements-particularly in projects where traditional business-defined requirements are not available.
The ideal candidate will oversee multiple solution areas, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence. They will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, manage project delivery, and provide regular progress updates to leadership.They will also engage in strategic discussions, pricing considerations, and go-to-market execution where required.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys driving AI-powered innovation while ensuring leadership visibility across multiple solution tracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solutioning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven digital solutions, MVPs, and prototypes, ensuring they address critical business needs in the payment integrity domain.
- Product Mindset: Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, defining and iterating requirements through continuous engagement with stakeholders.
- Innovation & Ideation: Identify gaps and opportunities, conceptualizing solutions without direct business specifications by leveraging data, AI, and automation.
- Oversight Across Multiple Tracks: Manage multiple solution areas, ensuring alignment with business goals, cross-team coordination, and efficient execution.
- Collaboration & Execution: Work with small, cross-functional engineering teams to develop scalable and impactful solutions, ensuring smooth execution from design to deployment.
- Leadership Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, key milestones, risks, and opportunities across different solution tracks.
- Strategic Insight: Engage in strategic discussions, providing input on execution planning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals and ensure adoption
Basic Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in solution delivery, digital product development, or AI-driven applications.
- Proven experience in delivering MVPs and integrated solutions in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, data-driven automation, and payment integrity workflows.
- Ability to work with limited business-defined requirements, ideate, and drive solutions iteratively.
- Experience overseeing multiple solution tracks, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
- Proven ability to track, report, and present progress, risks, and success metrics to leadership.
- Experience managing small, agile engineering teams, collaborating with data scientists, architects, and developers.
- Exposure to strategic planning, pricing models, and pre-sales discussions is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours
