This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations as necessary.
• Ensure the best practices in Salesforce development are followed and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained in all deliverables.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to the overall Salesforce strategy.
• Manage deployment processes and release management in Salesforce environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, integration, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and experience integrating third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
