Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate ideas, campaign updates, and project results both verbally and in writing. Deliver presentations confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Project and Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve the best results.
  • Brief Writing & Understanding: Prepare and interpret client briefs with a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Excel & PowerPoint: Utilize tools like Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing client presentations and reports.
  • Negotiation Skills: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate deliverables, project scopes, and timelines.
  • Leadership & Managerial Skills: Take initiative in managing smaller projects and guiding internal teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Cross Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services for current clients and collaborate with the team to implement upselling strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience into the same.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to handle client grievances and escalations professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of business acumen and agency operations.
