Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Vserv Infosystems Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive, professional image of the company.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products or services
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products or services and address any customer concerns or complaints
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with company offerings
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Document all call information and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
