Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth at the assigned center through effective sales strategies, local marketing, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be a proactive salesperson, willing to travel, and capable of conducting seminars and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Drive sales and generate walk-ins through BTL promotions and local marketing efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.
  • Market Research: Visit local colleges to gather information about prospective program and explore partnership opportunities & Organize and conduct workshops and seminars to promote the centers offerings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Visit competitors to understand their offerings, pricing, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
