Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

Job Overview:

The role involves leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and providing solutions in both long-term and short-term engagements. The ability to keep ahead of the technology curve and apply hands-on coding skills when needed is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions with a focus on Cloud-Native architectures, including serverless, containerization, and microservices.
• Ensure alignment with **cloud well-architected principles (cost optimization, performance, security, operational excellence, and reliability).
• Design, develop, and implement software architecture using Java and other technologies, applying best practices in Object-Oriented Design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions across multiple technology stacks.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to development teams to foster skill growth and knowledge sharing.
• Lead technical teams and manage complex architectural decisions for the organization.
• Own and independently manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), including the development of technical responses, solution architecture, and presentation to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver both short-term solutions and long-term strategic architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, ensuring that solutions remain cutting-edge and forward-looking.
• Apply a deep understanding of cloud networking concepts, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures.
• Maintain the ability to dive into the code when needed to support development teams and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Cloud-Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Excellent grasp of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and design patterns.
• Expertise in cloud platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of cloud well-architected principles.
• Proficiency in cloud networking concepts like VPCs, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
• Ability to mentor teams, perform code reviews, and contribute to development when required.
• Experience in leading solution designs, architectural roadmaps, and managing multiple technical streams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and present technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of technology trends and continuously innovate.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices on cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end solutioning in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• BE, BTech minimum
