Job Title: Global Data Analyst (Media Monitoring & Insights)
Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for media monitoring, data processing, and insights generation for global automotive markets, focusing on SOV (Share of Voice) analysis. The role requires expertise in data wrangling, ETL processes, report generation, and visualization using R, Excel, and Power BI.Additionally, the analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and optimize workflows.

Conduct global SOV analysis for the automotive sector, focusing on market trends and competitive benchmarking.
Extract, clean, and transform data using R and Excel to ensure accurate reporting.
Automate data visualization processes using Power BI to deliver interactive dashboards.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, particularly for regions like Canada, India, the USA, and the Middle East.
Perform ETL operations to streamline data delivery and optimize processing efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing science, research, and local market teams to validate data accuracy.
Develop and maintain reports on automotive market share trends, brand performance, and media insights.
Work on historical data corrections and enhancements to improve reporting consistency.
Support global data initiatives by integrating multiple data sources for enhanced analytics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to assist in media planning and strategy.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
Data Analysis & ETL: Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Programming: Proficiency in R for data manipulation, cleaning, and automation.
Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, pivot tables, and data wrangling techniques.
Power BI: Experience in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards for data visualization.
Media & Marketing Analytics: Understanding of SOV analysis, competitive intelligence, and media performance metrics.
Database Management: Familiarity with managing structured and unstructured datasets.
Collaboration Tools: Experience working with SharePoint, Kiteworks, and other collaboration platforms.
Quality Assurance: Ability to validate and ensure data accuracy before final reporting.
