Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude
• Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Minimum 12th grade completed

• Make outbound calls to potential students and provide detailed information about our courses and admission process
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled
• Build and maintain good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills
• Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements
• Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities
• Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the telecalling process
