Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team at Desh Bhagat University. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses and assist them in the admission process.This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.
Qualifications and Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude
- Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Minimum 12th grade completed
- Make outbound calls to potential students and provide detailed information about our courses and admission process
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled
- Build and maintain good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills
- Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements
- Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities
- Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the telecalling process
