Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Seven Eleven Club & Hotels. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills in a hospitality setting.

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
