Job Description
DEI Program Management:Lead the implementation of the DEI Charter:
- DEI Council and Committees: Support the VP, DEI & EB in preparation of presentations, training material, communication and event logistics for smooth execution of DEI Council, DEI Execution Team and ERG meetings.
- Diversity Representation: Support the BHR teams in implementation of inclusive hiring campaigns and monitor progress against KPIs on a periodic basis.
- Inclusive Policies/Infrastructure: Conduct benchmarking of DEI best practices, employee surveys and leverage insights to help prepare DEI focused HR policies.
- Inclusive Culture: Assist in the implementation of DEI trainings, culture campaigns, employee surveys and other interventions to build an inclusive culture.
- Women Development Initiatives: Program management of development programs for women.
- Recognition: Ensure implementation of the STAR DEI Awards Program. Lead communication of DEI success stories and recognize allies and trailblazers from minority groups.
Employer Branding:
- Employer of Choice Project: Conduct benchmarking of industry best practices, analysis of employee insights to help build a robust EVP. Assist in the integration of the EVP across critical employer branding touchpoints and materials.
- Employee Communication: Support in the creation of drafts of DEI and EB presentations, case studies and employee communication.
DEI and EB Reporting and Operations:
- Analytics and Reporting: Prepare periodic dashboards, presentations and analysis to support the program management and implementation of DEI and EB initiatives.
Key Reports:
- DEI and EB Calendar
- Gender Diversity Dashboard - Monthly
- DEI Performance Dashboard - Monthly
- Other Ad Hoc Reports - As requested by external and internal stakeholders
- Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure effective management of DEI and EB vendor contracts and payments.
- Ensure preparation of DEI and EB data/reports for Audit purpose.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in DEI, HR, employer branding, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully executing DEI and employer branding projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in inclusion and employer branding.
- Strong exposure to DEI and employer branding
- Work with international stakeholders
