Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and drive strategic projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.A strong command of Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in program and project management.
- 3-6 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
