FieldAssist has a significant impact in the industry with over Rs. 20 Cr+ claims settled monthly and serves 600+ CPG customers across 10+ countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

1. On-Page SEO Optimization:Conduct detailed keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, images, and ensure the effective use of internal linking to improve search rankings.
2. Off-Page SEO:Manage link-building campaigns, perform competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities to build high-quality backlinks.
3. Technical SEO:Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, & improve site speed.
4. Content Strategy & Optimization:Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation. Optimize existing content for better search visibility.
5. Trend Monitoring:Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.
6. Collaboration:Work closely with the web development team, content creators, and social media team to ensure SEO strategies are aligned with business goals.

Who we're looking for:

1. 3-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, & technical SEO strategies.
2. Proficiency in SEO tools like- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz., etc
3. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
4. Ability to perform keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
5. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
