Job Description- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies tailored to the requirements of Salesforce Industries and digital network operations enablement projects.Define quality metrics and establish processes for continuous improvement in QA practices.
- Ensure test coverage across all relevant functionalities, systems, and integrations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and timelines.
- Supervise a team of QA analysts and testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of quality and collaboration within the QA team and across project teams.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage test automation frameworks and tools suitable for Salesforce Industries and digital network operations projects.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through the automation of repetitive testing tasks.
- Establish robust defect management processes, including defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Generate comprehensive reports on QA activities, including test coverage, defects, and release readiness.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on QA activities, status, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and drive solutions.
- Provide support during EST hours, addressing urgent QA issues and inquiries as needed.
- Utilize bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across different regions. Lead the planning, design, and execution of test cases and scenarios for Salesforce Industries and digital network operations projects
