Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both Hindi and English.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Record and maintain customer interactions and feedback in the company database accurately.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
- Service Quality:
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines set by the company.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction).
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
