We are looking for an Operations Executive for our Sister Organization: Bhashik Skill Development.

Bhashik Skill is an initiative of E-learning & skill development for students, professionals and enthusiasts who want to hone their skills for that +1 factor in their work.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (In-Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring timely engagement.
• Coordinate between language teachers and students.
• Manage online lectures on the Zoom platform.
• Respond to social media leads within 12 hours.
• Administer and organize WhatsApp groups for batches.
• Handle email correspondence with teachers and students.
• Collaborate with the social media team for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and proposals as required.
• Coordinate on-campus or offline activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of a foreign language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Operations or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with virtual tools like Zoom.
