We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and analyze strategic marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand visibility. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, and event marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product, sales, and business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage leads, track performance, and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Drive SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation.
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand presence and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and present insights to leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record in demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the PLM or technology industry is a plus.
