Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
Role SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing Power Platform (PP) Centre of
Excellence (CoE) in India and become a part of the global Competency and valued member of
growing Digital Enterprise family. You will play a critical role in delivering our client s Digital
Transformation underpinned by the PP.
This role will report into Head of Enterprise Apps CoE and will be primarily responsible for
Project Planning, Management, and Delivery of Power Platform Projects on time, on budget, and with utmost quality.
Allocation, management, and mentoring of PP resources to ensure the right resources are
allocated to the right roles and they are motivated at all the time.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance in delivering the PP projects from
gathering requirements to delivering managed services
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the project reports, status, and issue resolution
Set up governance to ensure compliance with customer requirements
Staying up to date on the latest PP features, updates, and industry trends.
Proactively work with the Account team and CoE to identify PP opportunities and develop
high quality technical proposals including estimates.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management: Lead the planning and management of Power Platform
projects, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
Develop project plans, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure timely andsuccessful project delivery.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in Power Platform
implementations. Offer expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and relatedtechnologies to drive efficient and effective solution development.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define the
solution architecture for Power Platform projects. Design scalable, robust, and high-performingsolutions that align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse
requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. Ensure thatthe Power Platform solutions meet the business needs and objectives of the organisation.
Technical Design and Development: Lead and oversee the technical design and developmentof Power Platform solutions. Provide guidance on data modelling, user interface design, workflow automation, data integration, and custom development to deliver high-quality solutions.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Establish and implement quality assurance processes and
standards for Power Platform projects. Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability, functionality, andreliability of the solutions.
Technical Issue Resolution: Take ownership of technical issues and provide resolution or
guidance to the project team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related tothe Power Platform, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any roadblocks.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, project managers, business analysts, and executive leadership. Provide
regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring clear andtransparent communication channels.
Team Collaboration and Mentoring: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Support and mentor team members, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and professionaldevelopment opportunities to enhance their technical capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements, features, and best
practices related to the Power Platform. Continuously evaluate and enhance project deliverymethodologies, tools, and processes to optimise efficiency and improve outcomes.
Technical Proposals: Work with the Account team to identify opportunities, develop highquality proposals, and secure sign off from the concerned stakeholders.
DevOps: Promotes DevOps practises to automate and streamline the Power Platform solution
development and deployment process.
Managed Services Support: Skills and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot, optimise
performance, train end users, manage changes, ensure security and compliance, and drivecontinuous improvement for Power Platform solutions.
Desired ExperiencePower Platform and related Technologies Expertise (8-10 years): Extensive hands-on
experience and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. Proficiency in designing, developing, andimplementing solutions using the Power Platform is essential.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects involving the Power
Platform, from requirements gathering to successful delivery. Strong project management skills, including scoping, resource management, risk assessment, and timeline management, arerequired to ensure project success.
Solution Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in defining solution architectures for Power
Platform projects. Experience in designing scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions thatalign with business objectives and adhere to best practices.
Technical Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to a project team, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to navigate complex technical challenges while driving effective execution are crucial.
Business Analysis: Proficiency in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating
them into technical specifications, and designing solutions that meet client needs.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with businessobjectives is important.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at
