We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service I join our Treasury Services Client Servicesteam. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- End to End holistic knowledge & understanding of Treasury Products (TS) (core & unique), operational flows & technology infrastructure, acting as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple segments
- L2 escalation point for Client Service team participate & engage Segment Manager and/or Service director as appropriate on incidents & escalations
- Ability to represent department on internal stakeholder calls and act as the OIC for Segment heads
- Enhance & maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders (internally & externally)
- Manage overall health of segment/sub-segment queues ensuring timely handling, re-aligning capacity, etc.
- Coach & Develop Client Service Officers (CSO)
- Responsible for maintaining quality assurance oversight
- Foster a culture of open communication, driving people engagement (i.e. positive moral) & raising concerns as needed
- Embed lean thought processes throughout the team while driving meaningful process improvements
- Meet Senior CSO target objectives (performance, behavior, productivity & risk) achieve training journey requirements
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Banking/Financial) is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Self-motivated with client focus centricity and lean thought process
- Strong communication skills written, verbal and effective listening skills
- Ability to be cross-fungible and multitask under pressure
- Able to adapt to changing environment and business needs
