**Job Title:** Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager

**Location:** Nagpur

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales
• Two-wheeler is mandatory

**Job Description:**

The role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to meet sales targets and is willing to travel for fieldwork.

• Conduct field sales activities, meeting potential clients and building strong relationships
• Promote and sell products/services to customers within the assigned territory
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Provide customers with product information, conduct presentations, and address queries
• Ensure follow-ups with potential leads and convert them into long-term customers
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
• Continuously identify new sales opportunities in the market

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated to meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiner (within a week)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Fieldwork is a major component of this role
