You will have the opportunity to work with groundbreaking technologies, construct new reports and dashboards, and collaborate directly with Amazon Web Service architects. Additionally, you will play a key role in automating processes and procedures for new database environments, ensuring our databases run exceptionally and issue-free.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable database services
  • Serve as a technical resource on development and infrastructure initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Database and IT professionals to craft, deploy, and support critical business initiatives
  • Ensure databases run efficiently and issue-free
  • Design, install, and deploy sophisticated database landscapes
Job Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in a multifaceted environment with a main focus on database services
  • Experience with Oracle 11g/12g/19c Grid Control and Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Experience with AWS, Oracle, MySQL, Redshift, Unix, Linux
  • Experience with Oracle Versions 11g, 12c, and 19c
  • Experience with RAC, DG, and active/passive database clusters
  • Experience with operational tasks and customer focus
  • Experience with systems development lifecycle
  • Backup and recovery at both OS and database levels
  • Operational and user documentation
  • Expertise in Amazon Web Services with building and deploying various applications
  • Database security
  • Database client installation and configuration
  • Experience with operational tasks such as ticket closing, backup, restores, user administration
  • OS contention issue analysis and resolution and database performance tackle
