We are looking for a high-energy and persuasive Inside Sales Representative (Voice Process - B2B) to drive sales and build long-term relationships with businesses in the construction and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will connect with contractors, builders, and procurement managers, understand their material needs, and provide them with the right solutions from our extensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement & Prospecting: Proactively connect with contractors, developers, and procurement managers to understand their material requirements.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, explain product benefits, and drive sales conversions through consultative selling techniques.
• Product Consultation: Guide customers in selecting the right building materials based on their project needs and budget.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Address objections, offer pricing insights, and close deals efficiently over voice calls.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, orders, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM or other tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets, contributing to business growth.
