VFX Supervisor
Role Overview:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of artists to deliver high-quality visual effects.
- Collaborate: Work closely with CG Supervisors on technical and workflow aspects of projects.
- Communicate: Liaise with clients to ensure their creative vision is met and manage requests and schedules.
- Contribute: Help recruit and develop new senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure visual output meets top standards of quality and creativity.
- Manage production schedules and budgets.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Support team growth and innovation.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a VFX Supervisor or in a senior supervisor role in feature films or high-end TV shows.
- Skills: Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and compositing. Proficiency in software like Maya, Nuke, and Houdini.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems creatively.
- Communication: Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on set if needed.
