Site Engineer ( Experience in PWD tenders and Estimations )
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage multiple civil and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring timely deliverables, client satisfaction, and quality control.
The role involves managing vendors, handling client relationships, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead project planning sessions and set timelines, objectives, and deliverables. Manage and oversee civil and interior design projects from initial measurement to final handover.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for various project needs. Ensure that vendor payments are processed and work is executed according to the projects quality standards.
Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Explain project details on-site, manage client expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Quality control (QC): Ensure all work meets the required quality standards through consistent site inspections and final QC checks before handover.
Budgets & Payments: Oversee project budgets and manage payments from clients. Ensure that all project costs are accounted for and projects are completed within the approved budget.
Site Management: Oversee site measurements, manage on-site staff and resources, and ensure smooth workflow to meet project deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Min 5 to 7 of experience in project management, specifically in civil works, interior design and cost estimations.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple interior and civil modification projects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle budget management, and lead project teams to successful completion.
Pay: Up to 480,000.00 per year
