Position Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with strong communication skills in both Hindi and English to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.

This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet sales targets within deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data provided by the marketing team to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  2. Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
  3. Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations.
  4. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants on the platform, with a strong understanding of expected business.
  5. Accurately enter and manage data within the company's CRM, other sales management systems & google Sheets on a regular basis.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing more of their transaction processes.
  8. Continuously propose solutions that meet clients objectives and enhance their experience with our services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of 5+ years in inside sales ( calling ), preferably within the fintech industry.
  3. At least 1 years of experience in sales for Banking
  4. At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways
