Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Sales Specialist located in Noida at GenX eSolutions. The Information Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to IT sales, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic inside sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pre-sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a knack for identifying potential clients on social media platforms.This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and generating leads for the sales team.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and research potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
o Engage with prospects through messages, emails, and social media.
o Collaborate on pre-sales strategies and maintain lead databases.
o Prepare reports on lead generation and outreach efforts.
Required Skills:
o Expertise in using social media for lead generation.
o Knowledge of pre-sales processes and client research.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
o Analytical thinking to refine strategies.
Education: Graduation BBA/MBA would be preferrable.
