Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project progress and issue resolution.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems as per design specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, reports, and material requisitions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
• Work closely with procurement teams for material management and vendor coordination.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to optimize resources.
• Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on project sites.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and installation procedures.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Familiarity with ISHRAE, ASHRAE, and other relevant HVAC standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
